DEAR SANTA, PLEASE let this Christmas be an Emergency Room Free one! My family is a bunch of characters…over the last 10 years (I’m not exaggerating), someone has gotten sick, nearly died, or gotten hurt. In fact, I don’t think we’ve had a ‘normal’ Christmas since I was a little girl (or that I can remember). Last year, my parents thought it would be a good idea to get a flu shot the week before Christmas, and I had to play nurse as they both were violently ill ON Christmas day. We didn’t open presents, didn’t raise any glasses, no loving hugs…well, unless you count my folks and the toilet bowl.
Anyway, in light of the craziness that this holiday season can elicit for many of us, I thought I would give you the gift of humor, sarcasm and education all wrapped into 1 email! 🙂 I’m pretty sure you’re gonna like this one…and be able to relate to it. I used to get sick like clockwork every quarter when the flu and colds got passed around. Thanks to the knowledge I share with you in this watch, I haven’t been sick in 2 years! JOIN ME? I double dog dare you to follow the tips listed below instead of the ones on this video.
#1 tip- If you avoid ballooning up and draining your energy during the holidays, eat carbs and cookies BEFORE greens!
You’ll be able to kill your sweet cravings first so you can enjoy the nutritious food. As long as you are eating both, it doesn’t matter in what order! If you think about it, eating the greens after will actually cancel out the effects of the bad foods! 😉
Man if that’s really the way it worked, then we wouldn’t need to create New Years resolutions for living healthier right after the holidays. Click PLAY to listen order generic propecia online to how this 1 tip will cut out 500 calories per day from your ‘waste’ line!
#2 tip – Due to the busy holiday time, make sure to start every morning with coffee!
The caffeine will wake you up, jump start your day and your metabolism, and the acidity in the coffee will help burn some of the junk food in your belly from the night before.
Ugh, I LOVE the taste of coffee. But it is a BUZZ KILL for the adrenals, and interferes with fat-burning, muscle rebuilding, digestive resetting beauty sleep! Try this instead for more energy!
#3 tip – Don’t worry about sleep until 2015
With all the holiday parties, good food, and excitement running rampant, sleep can be put on the back burner. The more time you are awake, the more you can partake in! All the good stuff happens late in the night, so work on staying up later and then sleeping until noon! Bonus if you can pull a few all nighters before the new year!
I share a CRAZY statistic on this one! Mind blowing, really. Sleep is undervalued when it comes to optimal warrior health!
I have a HUGE SURPRISE coming out in January…actually 2 OF THEM.
Be sure to tune in to the next 2 emails I send out that will give you HINT, HINTS…
The next email will be just in time for New Years.
THE HOW TO NEVER HAVE A HANGOVER AGAIN and lose an entire day from sugar and alcohol overload (or maybe 2-3 depending on how mad your liver is at you).
…and stay tuned…
And by golly, enjoy this holiday season with your loved ones.
Remember to give the gift of ‘presence’ in addition to the ‘presents’ you’re bowing up. 🙂
PS – I only ate 1.35 cookies at the party I’m pictured at above. They were so dang good, but you know…for me, everything in moderation, right? Let your hair down a little! LOVE YOU!
