I’m tuning in from Cairo, Egypt, we are on a layover, so I thought I would send you some love and some wisdom, some knowledge for you to retain whatever it is and apply, whatever feels good.

Let’s talk about what the immune system really is. 

People ask the question, what can I do to X, to build this, what pill 💊 can I take to get this? Right? I think the more important question is, what are the things that are blocking me from what I’m looking to build? In my previous blog, I spoke about a lot of things that block your immune system.  In this  blog, I’m going to discuss a couple of other things that can block it too. 

The 4 main things that actually help you to build your immune system are:

Let’s talk about what building your immune system really looks like.

 The reason I created this image is to give you an idea that there are so many things that you can do to build your immune system. Why the hell aren’t we taught this? Because they make money on us being sick, bottom line. Get well by starting to wonder, ask yourself the question of what is it that I’m eating, why am I eating these things? Is it real food? You should eat real food, mostly🌿 plants, eat a few times a day, not too much, not too little, and diversify your macronutrients. It’s sort of like a Michael Pollan philosophy.  At the basic core, eat real food.

Processed food is 60% of the things that we’re eating, and it’s loaded with GMOs. 

It’s loaded with artificial flavorings and colors, pesticides, hormones, and things that just create an immune system inflammation response in the body. If your immune system  has to deal with these crappy foods, then it doesn’t have enough energy and the little warriors inside of your gut to mount an immune system response when there is a real threat like a pathogen. So, focus on detox every day, always be cleansing.

The antimicrobials like ginger, garlic, oregano do support adding more life to the gut, but there’s a huge science approach to this, not every probiotic is the best probiotic. There’s different probiotics that function for different things.  Probiotics are great to take on a regular basis, and I highly recommend that we do that. Healing emotional 💔 trauma is huge because if you’re living a stressful life, then, a huge part of what destroys your immune system is being emotionally-stressed. 

70% of us are living in stress, 70% of our day.

If your immune system is working on defending you from emotional and mental stress, it can’t deal with the main thing that’s going on in the body, which might be a dangerous pathogen.

There are so many things affecting the immune system, that I’m dedicating an entire module to my Warrior Cleanse to help you re-build. It’s not enough just to know it. The question is, how can I apply these things and make them real and make them habitual. I see that transformation happens if you create an intention, and if you make it a habit. That spells hiet, habituation plus intention equals transformation. All of these things that are listed here are possibilities. I’m not saying that you have to do all of them, but my point in this whole video blog is to introduce you to what you can do to build your new system.

One of the greatest things to your immune system is something that is called Metabolic Inflexibility - 88% of the population is suffering from.

What that essentially means, is insulin resistance. It essentially means type two diabetes, or metabolic syndrome, which is a pre-type 2 diabetes. And what that means is that your body is having a really hard time converting the foods and the nutrients that you’re consuming to fuel. So, it’s resisting energy from the nutrients in the foods that you consume on a cellular level.

The best way to build your immune system are the same things, fortunately, that will help you lose weight, and maintain energy, balance your hormones, and help you sleep better.

Lifestyle, when you start to get a handle and control over those things, your life changes in many different ways. You won’t have to go focus on each thing individually and be spinning your wheels in many different directions. I also believe that this is the single most important thing that you need to focus on now as we move into a different, great awakening where there’s going to be a lot of things thrown at us, a lot of toxins, a lot of mandatory 💉 shots, Right now, you need your immune system more than ever. This is your greatest war, this is your opportunity to protect yourself, instead of being codependent on a system that doesn’t give a shit about you, or protecting you or your health.
